Dr Kate De Jong

Business Coach & EQ Consultant

Kate is a passionate Coach dedicated to helping professionals unlock their full potential so they can experience greater levels of success, fulfilment and happiness.

With a background as a Consulting Engineer, Kate stepped away from her 15-year technical career in 2012 because she was frustrated at how many companies limit their own productivity and efficiency due to a lack of understanding of their people and how to help them thrive. In her experience, dysfunctional teams and leadership created many wasteful, unproductive situations and she was determined to do something about it.

She has since been on a mission to understand and apply Emotional Intelligence (EQ), self-awareness and workplace culture to help companies unlock their people’s potential.

Kate is a certified Harrison Assessment Coach (Employee Development, Debriefing and Coaching) and B.A.N.K Personality Coding Coach; both powerful psychometric assessment tools that help clients understand both themselves and the people they work with. The end result is self-aware, engaged and highly productive teams who are able to achieve great things, together.

Our Approach

We utilise the Harrison Assessments suite of tools to provide a data-driven, yet personalised approach to Employee Development. This includes:

The Harrison Assessments Questionnaire: A transparent assessment that identifies individual strengths, blind spots, potential stress behaviours, and core needs and wants.

Fulfilment Pulse Check: A brief survey that measures employee engagement levels across eight key areas: Development, Remuneration, Career Path, Authorities, Social, Appreciation, Communications, Personal, and Work-Life Balance.

Analytics Dashboard: Provides in-depth reports and analysis at the individual, group, and organisational levels, enabling targeted interventions and action planning.
