When you work with me, we will:

PART 1: PLAN FOR SUCCESS

We’ll kick start the process with a 2-hour strategy session (valued at $2500), carefully thinking through all the different components of your business foundation and marketing strategy. You’ll walk away with the clarity you need to stride ahead confidently and powerfully. In the strategy session, I’ll guide you through a process to:

• Develop your strategic Business Growth Plan. This is critical. It’s where the magic happens. Success doesn’t happen by chance. It takes careful planning and insight. We’ll work together to determine the fastest and most effective path to launch, grow and market your business. We’ll figure out where you are now, where you need to be — and how to bridge the gap.

• Develop your Strategic Marketing Plan, including the right mix and approach of marketing activities to generate revenue for your business.
• Assess your Business Finances: Where you are now, where you need to be and how to meet your revenue goals.

THE MARKETING MIX: We’ll work together to determine which of these marketing channels are most effective for your business.

PART 2: STAY ON TRACK WITH SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY

• Private coaching: We’ll meet every two weeks for one hour to discuss the ongoing implementation of your strategic growth plan and marketing plan. You’ll be assigned small, actionable tasks to complete in between sessions to gather and maintain momentum.
• Ongoing support: You’ll have access to me in between sessions to answer any urgent questions that come up as you work through your actions.
• Revenue generation: We’ll work on the critical elements of your marketing plan (website, social channels, irresistible offer, lead magnet and customer journey to generate clients while you sleep).
• Build a solid business foundation: We’ll work through the different components of the Inspired Business Wheel (see below) as they come, to help you build a solid foundation for your business.
