• If needed, we’ll refresh and/or define your core brand identity, core brand messaging, your business vision, mission, values, and business ‘why’ so you can reach your ideal customers in the most magnetic, impactful way.

PART 2: GETTING DOWN TO BUSINESS TO GET RESULTS, FAST

Things we cover typically include:

• Your business finances: Where you are now and where you need to be.
• Your service ladder, business funnel and pricing structure.
• The four essential elements of your powerful one-page business plan: Your business model, customers, timeline, money projections,
• Your strategic marketing and social media plan to meet your goals.
• Implementation of the marketing plan, including updates to website content, social media messaging and content planning.
• The most effective growth strategies for your business so you can generate greater revenue and most importantly – profit.
• Systems and processes to help you work smarter, not harder.
